Description
At our home, in the Alexander Valley of Sonoma County we have 280 Olive trees planted in the gravelly soils along the Russian River. We care for the three Tuscan varieties organically. The fruit is hand harvested and milled 15 minutes up the road from us to create our very own Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO).
It’s a labor of love. And, we are so proud to be able to share our oil with you. Drizzle it on your home made soups, fresh tomatoes and mozzarella, or a salad with your favorite vinegar. We know that you’ll love it!
